To whom it may concern: This letter is in reference to our Real estate Agent, Michelle Mattioli. Michelle served as our real estate agent for the sell of our home. From the moment she took the listing, she was easily accessible, knowledgeable, and professional. We have worked with many agents throughout several years, and we have never experienced the quick success as we did under her guidance and expertise. The property Ms. Mattioli sold was on the market with another agent for a little over a year with no offers. We were paying two mortgages and needless to say it was essential to sell the property quickly. Upon listing the house she made some recommendations to make our home a "stand out" listing. She not only made recommendations, but she helped in selecting paint and carpet choices. Hi Michelle, hope your well. Just looking over the calendar and realized that it has been 1 year since you helped me find my home and close on the house and I am so grateful!! I have been in Pittsburgh since 2003 and never have been in the same place more than one year! Thanks again, GeoffLast spring my husband and I decided to begin our search for a new home. With a growing baby and a growing amount of toys, we started to feel as if the walls of our town home were closing in on us. She also took an instant liking to our one year old little girl, which meant the world to us as proud first time parents. Dear Mr. Hanna, It is a pleasure to write this letter about Michelle Mattioli. Even though buying a house can be stressful, Michelle made it as painless and stress free as possible. It was truly a delight working with her and we appreciate everything she did. My wife and I recently relocated from the Chicago area. Our initial move date was in early May. We came out house hunting for several days with Michelle. She worked with us and was flexible and patient as we saw a lot of houses in a short time. Heading back to Chicago, we decided to push our move date back to late October, which didn't faze Michelle one bit. We returned to Pittsburgh in October and Michelle made herself available the first weekend we were in town. She worked diligently in the following weeks to show us as many houses as we wanted. Once we decided on a house, Michelle really impressed us/. She worked with our relocation company as well as the sellers, as they were relocating too. A lot of work went into finally purchasing this house but Michelle was on top of it all the time. Michelle was efficient getting us what we needed to close the deal. She really worked hard and we appreciate her efforts. Michelle was fun and pleasant to work with. She had a great attitude and work ethic which made our lives easier throughout the process.
